(A) Register, login, forgot your password?

    1.Register to be a GNS member
Go to www.groupnship.com, click “register” at upper right corner list to register.
Please enter your email and click “Register” to complete your registration.
Fill information including name, cell phone number. * are required. (Shipping address is not required if you want to pick up your shipments at GNS pickup centres)Please read the Terms of Use and Service Agreement, click “Agree” before submitting. Check your email for links to activate your account. (Register on a mobile device and get a code for 200 G coins! Check “How to Get G Coins” for more details.)
        2.Login
Go to www.groupnship.com, click Login” at upper right corner list. Enter your username and password to login or
Click login link in GNS Member column
Enter your username and password to login or click “Register” to create an account.
    3.Edit your account
Click “Profile”
Edit your profile and save
    4. Forgot your password?
If you forgot your password, please click “Forgot password”.
Enter your email address and “Create a New Password”, password will be sent to your email.

(B) How to get G coins and how to deposit G Coins

    1.Collect G coins
All new users will start with 200 G coins. Users sign up through mobile devices will receive a code for G coins.
To claim, click “Get Goins” at left menu.Then Enter an 8-digit code and click confirm.
    2.How to deposit G coins
Please login to GNS and go to section “History” to confirm the delivery once you receive your shipment.
G coins will be added accordingly after shipping status changes to “delivered”.
Click “My Goins” to check current balance, history and expiry date.

(C) Online Shopping

Please set GNS Transit Location (Mainland China) as your shipping address and save.
Your orders will be delivered to GNS Transit Location (Mainland China).
Once your orders are shipped, you can check the delivery updates on GNS website My Taobao.
Enter tracking number and courier information to claim your order.

(D) Claim a Package and Group Shipment

    1.How to claim your order?

Login to www.groupnship.com, enter seller’s shipping information to claim orders.
Enter tracking number, category of items and courier information (company name).Click “Claim”.
If your order is not delivered, the status of “Delivery Date” will be “In Transit”. Click X to delete incorrect shipping information, such as tracking number.
Once the package arrives, detailed information (e.g. delivery date, actual weight) will be shown. Click “Next” for group shipping information.
    2.Group Shipment
Enter “Group” section.
Choose the package you want to group ship.
Please choose the method of payment.
・For “delivery”, please enter shipping address.
・For “Pickup”, please choose one of the GNS pickup centres.
Click “Calculate Rates” to get an estimated cost. Confirm the amount before clicking “Next”.
(If you wish to deduct shipping fees using G coins, please click “Calculate Rates” > Redeem G Coins and choose the amount you wish to redeem, then click “Next”.)

(E) Payment Method

    1.Payment Method
Click” Next” and choose your payment method from the following options: PayPal/ international credit card/ Alipay/ online transfer/ pay on delivery (only apply to pickups).
Please read “Terms of Use” and click “Agree” to move on to next step.
    UniPay
Please enter your credit card information, confirm the amount before complete the transfer. Please make sure to click on GNS webpages.
    PayPal & Credit Card
Please enter your PayPal account, confirm the amount before completing the transfer. Please make sure to click on GNS webpages.

    Online Payment Through Taobao
Search [集運王淘寶網店] in Taobao, purchase the same amount of product as your shipment fee.
e.g. Change the quantity of product to 85 for 85RMB shipment fee.
Go back to GNS website, enter Taobao order number, then click “Completed”.
    Bank Transfer
Transfer shipment fees to GNS bank account in HSBC, through ATM or online transfer.
upload receipt and click “completed”
    Pay on delivery
Please confirm delivery fees and choose “Pay on Delivery” as your payment method. (“Pay on Delivery” is not applicable to all GNS pickup centres.)

(F) Tracking a Group Shipment

Search all group shipment status in “History” section. Click “Details” for more details.
Click order numbers to check once shipment is confirmed.

(G) How to Return a Domestic Package

Please sent an email, Wechat or WhatsApp message to GNS customer service with return information including package order number. Click “Return” as shown below
1. Click “Return” and enter “Group Shipment” section.
2. Fill in name, company name and cell phone number of receiver.
3. Calculate return rates.
4. Click “Transit Return package” to complete return process.
