GNS Pickup Location / Pickup Point

Pay before 20:00:00 on the shipping day and your shipment will arrive at GNS Logistic Centre (HK) within 1-2 business days.

  • Login to groupnship.com>My Account >My Shipment to check “Shipment Information” and “Delivery Date”
  • A delivery notice will be sent through Email or Mobile APP notification once the package is ready to pick up at the GNS pickup location designed by clients.(*Except for Cai Niao Station and other individual pick-up points)
  • The push notification of 『Group N Ship Limited』is only sent to the device that the customer has recently logged in. Even if the customer has logged out, or the customer has two or more devices at the same time, the system will only record the device that the customer has recently logged in. As the sender.
  • Cai Niao station and other individual pick-up points (please refer to the detailed information of the pick-up points) will send delivery notifications to customers by SMS or whatsapp. If customers choose Cai Niao station and other individual pick-up points, customers will not receive any notice of delivery by GNS (Except special notices via SMS).
  • Packages can be pick up at a designated pickup location during business hours. GNS order number and HK cell phone number must be provided to pick up. GNS will check above information before picking up.

Note:

  • Public holidays and customs clearance procedure days are not considered as business days.
  • GNS will send Mobile APP notification between 10am and 10pm depending on cellphone or internet courier signals.
  • Courier for shipments in HK is A Link Network (HK) Ltd.
  • Packages that are not picked up within 10 days,it will be deemed to be awaiver. The Company will clear the record of the goods and will process the goods without any notice and compensation.
  • In case of delay/loss/damage caused by a car check-up or cargo inspection by the Customs, Group N Ship Limited will not liable to any indemnification thus caused.
  • When the volume weight of goods is greater than the actual weight, the shipping cost will be charged according to the volume weight, as follow: Length x Width x Height (CM) ÷ 6,000 = Volume Weight (KG)
  • Each grouped shipment may contain an unlimited grouping of packages
  • Package that weighs 20KG and over is subject to additional weight rates only. First standard weight charge is deducted.
  • View “Oversize/Overweight Charge Rates” for packages over 50KG.
  • Packages must be picked up within specified storage days. An additional storage fee of HKD10 or more might apply per item or KG** starting from the expiry day.**Storage fees will be charged depend on the size and weight.
  • Packages that are not picked up within specified time might be returned to GNS Logistic Centre(Kung Um Road). A transfer fee of HKD50 and an additional storage fee of HKD20 per day will apply, starting from the expiry day.**Shipments must be picked up within specified storage days (excluding arrival day and non-business days).
  • Please notify in advance if certain requirements are needed.
  • If ready-to-pickup notification/ final pickup notifications fails to reach clients due to poor courier signal, GNS (including GNS Logistic Centre and all GNS pickup centres) reserves all rights to charge additional fees and return shipments to GNS Logistic Centre(Kung Um Road). A transfer fee of HKD50 and an additional storage fee of HKD20 per day will be charged.
  • Each self-pickup point/pickup center has different restriction standards based on the inventory space. Oversized or overweight shipments must be picked up on the same day. If the customer does not pick up the goods during the business hours of the self-pickup point/pickup center, and the self-pickup point fails to provide storage space, the shipment will be considered abandoned, and no compensation will be made
  • All self-pickup points/pickup centers do not have unpacking areas. If customers ignore the advice, the self-pickup point will charge that customer a garbage cleaning fee of HKD10/piece, such as wooden boxes for HKD50/piece. If you need to check the goods, please communicate with the pick-up point first, and obtain consent before disassembling the goods on-site. If the pick-up point/pickup center does not provide garbage cleaning services in the mall, please clean up by yourself. The center reserves the right to pursue legal responsibility for any losses/expenses caused by the behavior of the guests.
