The volumetric weight of a parcel is a calculation that reflects the density of a package. A less dense item generally occupies more volume of space, in comparison to its actual weight. The volumetric or dimensional weight is calculated and compared with the actual weight of the shipment to ascertain which is greater; the higher weight is used to calculate the shipment cost. The volumetric weight of a parcel is calculated using the following formula: Length (cm) X Width (cm) X Height (cm) ÷ 6000

How to collect Goins
How to use Goins
Goins only deduct group shipping fees. Every 50 Goins worth 1HKD. Minimum redeem level is 250 Goins. Maximum redeem level is 1000 Goins each time.
e.g. 250 Goins = $5HKD
300 Goins = $6HKD
Expiry date
Please note there is an expiry date for Goins. Expired Goins are invalid. All Goins will be expired at the end of every calendar year (December 31st).
i.e. All Goins gained after January 1st, 2016 will be expired on December 31st, 2016.
