GNS Logistic Centre(Tsuen Wan)

Pay before 19:00:00 on the shipping day and your shipment will arrive at GNS Logistic Centre(HK) within 3 business day.

 

  • Login to groupnship.com>My Account >My Shipment to check “Shipment Information” and “Delivery Date”
  • A delivery notice will be sent through Email or SMS once the package is ready to pickup at the GNS pickup location designed by clients.
  • Packages can be pickup at designated pickup location during business hours. GNS order number and HK cell phone number must be provided to pick up. GNS will check above information before picking up.
  • Shopping Festival-Double 11 and Double 12, or individual holidays, please refer to the announcement of the GNS website and the Facebook page

 

Note:

 

  • Public holidays and customs clearance procedure days are not considered as business days.
  • GNS will send SMS between 10am and 10 pm depending on cellphone or internet courier signals.
  • Courier for shipments in HK is A link network (hk) ltd.
  • Upon arrival at the Hong Kong GNS Logistics Center (Tsuen Wan), the Carrier will send an e-mail or SMS notification. The customer will be required to collect the shipment within 7 working days and office hours (calculated by email or SMS date) Each work order is subject to HKD20 deposit per working day
  • In case of delay / loss / damage caused by a car check-up or cargo inspection by the Customs, Group N Ship Limited will not liable to any indemnification thus caused.

GNS Pickup Location

  • Packages can be pickup at designated pickup location during business hours. GNS order number and HK cell phone number must be provided to pick up. GNS will check above information before picking up.

  • There is no limit for number of packages combined in one domestic group shipping.
  • Package that weighs 20KG and over is subject to additional weight rates only. First standard weight charge is deducted.
  • View “Oversize/Overweight Charge Rates” for packages over 50KG.
  • Packages must be picked up within specified storage days. An additional storage fee of 5HKD or more might apply per item or KG** starting from the expiry day.**Storage fees will be charged depend on the size and weight.
  • Packages that are not picked up within specified time might be returned to GNS Logistic Centre(Tsuen Wan). A transfer fee of 50HKD and an additional storage fee of 20HKD per day will apply, starting from the expiry day.**Shipments must be picked up within specified storage days (excluding arrival day and non-business days). If not, GNS will send a final pickup notification under certain circumstances.
  • If ready-to-pickup notification/ final pickup notifications fails to reach clients due to poor courier signal, GNS (including GNS Logistic Centre and all GNS pickup centres) reserves all rights to charge additional fees and return shipments to GNS Logistic Centre(Tsuen Wan). A transfer fee of 50HKD and an additional storage fee of 20HKD per day will be charged.
  • Please notify in advance if certain requirements are needed.
  • Overweight, oversize or multiple shipments that are not picked up on the arrival day or within storage days will be stored at GNS logistic centre(Tsuen Wan) for 7 days. A pickup date will be assigned or notified by GNS through a SMS or phone call. Client must pick up during business hours on the same day as notified.
  • In case of delay / loss / damage caused by a car check-up or cargo inspection by the Customs, Group N Ship Limited will not liable to any indemnification thus caused.
